Is the coaching confidential?
Yes. All sessions and assessment data are confidential between the coach and the leader. The sponsoring organisation receives only what the leader chooses to share.
How is SEC's 1-on-1 coaching different from generic leadership coaching?
SEC's senior coaches hold ICF PCC credentials and are trained at INSEAD and the Tavistock Institute. Engagements include behavioural assessments (Birkman, Predictive Index) and 360-degree stakeholder interviews, not just conversation.
Can sessions be conducted in Arabic?
Yes. Coaching is delivered in Arabic, English, or both, based on the leader's preference.
